All of your information contained within assets, submissions, and files connect to a Space in Reachlite are governed by our Terms of Service.
Although Compulark Inc. (the Company) owns the data storage, databases and the Reachlite Site and Services,
you retain all rights to your data. The company will not in any curcamstances use your data in to compete
with you, market to your clients, advertise to, or contact them unless without your authorization.
The Company will not sell or share your data. The Company will not access your data unless permitted by you to do so.
Information Security
The Company has implemented processes intended to protect user information and maintain
security of data. Each User Account holder is assigned a unique user name and password, which is
required to access their Account. It is each user’s responsibility to protect the security of
his or her login information. In order to ensure safety of your information, the Company has
introduced a number of security procedures including the use of firewalls, spam protection, and
implementing other generally available security technologies.
These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure
the appropriate use of data. THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR INFORMATION AND DATA WILL
BE SECURE FROM INTRUSIONS AND UNAUTHORIZED RELEASE TO THIRD PARTIES.

We make good efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and to correct this
data if it is inaccurate, or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be
retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. You may update your Account information by
logging into your Account. When requests come to the Company with regard to personal information,
we ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed,
corrected or removed before processing such requests. We may decline to process requests
that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort,
jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests
concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required.
In any case, when we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge,
except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort.
